Robert Foley Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for a very special 6-course pairing dinner with Robert Foley Vineyards on Sunday, April 7. Named Food and Wine Magazine's "Winemaker of the Year," Robert Foley himself will be joining us in hosting this special evening of decadent Cork cuisine paired with Foley's expertly-crafted selections.

Menu highlights include Roasted Breast of Squab, Truffled Foie Gras Mousse, Apples, Turnips, Kale, Pearl Onions & Candied Kumquat with Robert Foley Vineyards' 2010 Napa Valley Merlot and Syrah-Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, Roca Parmesan Risotto, Fava Beans, Wild Arugula & Braising Jus with 2008 Napa Valley Petite Sirah.
